This following Shipping and Exchange Policy is made available to make sure you are aware of how we handle your orders, shipments and exchanges. By completing your order, it is assumed you have read, understand completely, and have agreed to this policy. Please read carefully, and feel free to e-mail us if you have any questions or concerns.
Ordering products from BabyZonely®
It’s so easy! Please follow the steps below:
- To order BabyZonely® goods, browse through many of its categories, click on provided photos to see enlarged products and read the short description offered for each BabyZonely® item.
- Choose the correct size, design and number of items and simply click on the “Add to Cart” button. Once there, follow the step-by-step guide to complete your order.

Shipping products from BabyZonely®
Please note that shipping charges will be added to your order amount before it is shipped. You will see the shipping amount at the checkout point.
BabyZonely® ships its goods mainly to North America. However, international shipping is also available – please e-mail us for shipping quotes if your billing or sending address is located outside North America.
We ship our products via Canada Post Regular Parcel service. It takes 2-10 business days to deliver to major urban centers in Canada and 6-12 days to major centers in the USA. Delivery to non-major and remote centers in Canada and in the USA takes up to 20 business days.
To secure your shipment, please make sure that you enter the correct shipping address and other shipping information if different from purchasing information.
Please allow sufficient time for processing your order, as some of our handmade products are custom made just for you and may take longer to be shipped.
Receiving products from BabyZonely®
For your security, please follow the steps below:
- When you receive your BabyZonely® package, please inspect the package and contents immediately.
- If there is any damage to the products caused by the carrier, inspect the contents immediately while the carrier is still present.
- Mark the shipping document as “received damaged”; have the carrier acknowledge the damage with their signature and keep a copy for your records.
- If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please e-mail us immediately so we may rectify the issue.
- Do not ship the package back until we have issued you a BabyZonely® Exchange Tracking Number as we will provide you with the proper information to exchange the product.
- BabyZonely® will then send you a replacement item as quickly as possible upon receipt of the product from you.
Exchanges from BabyZonely®
BabyZonely® - 10-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
As a part of our full customer satisfaction commitment, BabyZonely® will accept exchanges within 10 days of your receipt of BabyZonely® products. If any of the BabyZonely® products that you receive is not made to your satisfaction, please return it to BabyZonely® for a prompt exchange.
Please note that we can exchange an originally purchased item only once. Items resulting in exchange are not eligible for more exchanges.
To be able to exchange for another item, returned items must be in the same excellent condition as when they were shipped to you. Note that we cannot exchange customized items.
BabyZonely® reserves the right to charge up to 25% for any returned item that is not in excellent condition. Please note that shipping charges for exchanges are not refundable.
Please follow the steps below to exchange your product:
- For your guaranteed satisfaction, we will allow exchange of purchased products within 10 days of your receipt of BabyZonely® products. The 10-day exchange policy only applies to the date of you receiving the item(s), not the day the product was first opened. For this reason it is of the utmost importance to inspect all products thoroughly upon initial receipt from BabyZonely®.
- For your convenience and tracking ease you must complete a BabyZonely® Exchange Authorization Form before returning any product. The Exchange Authorization Form must be completed in full and returned to BabyZonely® via e-mail or regular mail. This form will allow you to exchange products without having to include original invoices and credit card receipts in your application for an exchange. You will be required to fill in some of the original receipt information on the form, so do not discard your invoices, packing slips or receipts. This form must be accurately completed in full. Any omissions or errors will only delay processing your request or may result in rejection of your application.
- Upon receiving your completed Exchange Authorization Form, BabyZonely® will reply to you with an Exchange Authorization Number if the product is deemed eligible for an exchange.
- Upon receipt of Exchange Authorization Number, pack the item in such a way that it is received intact, with the Exchange Authorization Number on the outside of the package and shipped prepaid via ground delivery. We strongly recommend that you ship via a traceable and insured method of transportation as we cannot assume any responsibility for the products if lost or damaged while in transit to BabyZonely®. Check with your courier at the time of shipment to make sure these services are offered and utilized.
- Note that the product must be shipped within 5 business days from receiving the Exchange Authorization Number back to BabyZonely®. If this is not done, any entitlement to exchange your product may be waived.
- BabyZonely® cannot refund original shipping fees or the cost of shipping to return the item to BabyZonely® for exchange unless we shipped the wrong product in error, in which case BabyZonely® will pay only for returning the product to us.
- In the event the product originally shipped to you was the incorrect item shipped, BabyZonely® will pay for exchange shipping (you are still required to fill in the Exchange Authorization Form, and obtain an Exchange Authorization Number). BabyZonely® will provide the information required to arrange return shipping with our carrier – if use of an un-authorized carrier is employed the shipment will be refused.
- To avoid damage, products should be re-packed in original packaging with original packing material. Items that are poorly packed are often damaged in the shipping process. If we receive returned product that is damaged in transit, we will refuse the shipment and withhold and cancel the exchange. It is the shipping party’s responsibility to file a claim for lost or damaged shipments with the shipping carrier used to return products.
- Please make sure that the Exchange Authorization Number, issued by BabyZonely® is clearly marked on outside of package.
- If these procedures are not completed BabyZonely® reserves the right to refuse the exchange shipment at your cost and expense. Completing and following these procedures will only help to expedite processing of your exchange of the product being returned.
